Day 1: Arrival in Chandigarh

Arrival at Chandigarh: Upon arrival at Chandigarh Railway Station or Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative. From there, you will be transferred to your hotel in Chandigarh. After checking into your hotel, relax and freshen up.

Chandigarh Sightseeing: After some rest, you can explore the beautiful city of Chandigarh. You may visit:

Sukhna Lake: A serene man-made lake where you can enjoy a boat ride.

Rock Garden: A unique garden made entirely from recycled materials, offering a spectacular and creative display of art.

Sector 17 Plaza: Famous for shopping and local markets.

Overnight Stay in Chandigarh: After a day of sightseeing, return to your hotel for an overnight stay, preparing for your journey ahead.

Day 2: Chandigarh to Vaishno Devi - Evening Arrival in Katra

Breakfast and Early Departure: After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, you will start your road journey towards Katra, the base town for the Vaishno Devi shrine, which is approximately 8-9 hours away from Chandigarh by road. En route, you will pass through the scenic landscapes of Pathankot and Jammu.

Arrival in Katra: Reach Katra by evening, check-in to your hotel, and take some rest. Katra is known for its spiritual and peaceful environment, offering a great ambiance for relaxation before your trek.

Evening at Leisure: You can take a walk around the local markets of Katra, explore nearby temples, or just relax at the hotel.

Overnight Stay in Katra: Enjoy a restful night at your hotel in Katra to prepare for the spiritual journey to Vaishno Devi the next day.

Day 3: Vaishno Devi Darshan - Return to Chandigarh

Early Morning Trek to Vaishno Devi: After an early breakfast at the hotel, start your spiritual journey by trekking to Mata Shri Vaishno Devi Ji’s shrine, located 13.5 km from Katra. The trek is beautiful and invigorating, with many pilgrims walking the path to seek blessings. You can also opt for pony rides, palanquins, or helicopter services for the trek, depending on your preference.

Darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi: Upon reaching the shrine, offer your prayers and experience the divine blessings of Mata Vaishno Devi. The temple is situated at an altitude of 5,200 feet in the Trikuta Mountains, offering a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere.

Return to Katra: After completing your darshan, return to Katra for some rest. You can explore the local area or shop for souvenirs.

Return to Chandigarh: After lunch, you will begin your journey back to Chandigarh by road. The drive will take around 8-9 hours, and you will be dropped off at the Chandigarh Railway Station or Airport for your onward journey.
